Lee S. Rosenthal has represented individuals in all aspects of family law cases including divorce, dissolution, property division, spousal support, child support, custody and visitation, grandparents’ rights and adoptions since 1982. A native of Columbus, Mr. Rosenthal has practiced in Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts, General Division Trial Courts and Appellate Courts throughout the State of Ohio. He also has extensive experience in probate matters, civil litigation, real estate and construction law. A former judicial clerk to Ohio’s Fifth District Court of Appeals, he is a graduate of the Ohio State University (B.A. 1979) and the Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law (J.D. 1982). He is admitted to the Bars of the State of Ohio, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
